Our ICT Skills Development Model is initiated by a commitment from a client for several candidates that could be developed into skilled, experienced employees.
RECRUITMENT
ZAKHENI would then embark on an intensive talent searching exercise, which would only be concluded when suitable candidates have been screened and selected by both ZAKHENI and the client.
The candidates are then appointed as trainees by ZAKHENI, at a market-related salary, in accordance to the remuneration structure of the client organization.
The training consists of the following:
- An agreed period of obtaining the Clients Requirements, Talent Searching, Client’s Business Orientation to candidates and Training in the core ICT Product Specialisations.
- An agreed period of Consulting and Mentorship with structured further specialist required training. This training is determined by the level of the candidate’s specialization required by the client.
